No domicile certificate is required to be produced while filling up the application form for CLAT. It is mandatory only while counseling if you are opting for the domicile based reservations by producing certificates. It is normal for most NLUs to reserve 10%-50% of the number of seats for the state domicile students based on the law set by the respective universities. For instance, NLU Lucknow has reserved 50% of their seats for students in Uttar Pradesh alone. In case a student requests for batch deferral a second time, a fee equivalent to 10% of the total course fee inclusive of taxes will be deducted.

In case a student wants to defer or restart a batch, an email must be dropped to Intellipaat's support. Batch defer without additional cost is only possible once within 3-6 months from the start date of the initial batch in which the student had originally enrolled. Students should also ensure that they have not completed more than 20% of the program.

No, there is no refund on the self-paced courses, discounted courses, courses provided in the academic institute tie-ups, or degree programs. In special circumstances, when the refund is processed, students will not get a refund of the taxable amount.
