To obtain a certificate of degree:

Go to the Parikhsha Bhavan on Mysore Road, the campus of Bangalore University.

Obtain your grade cards for every semester.

Get the applicable form by visiting the university's website.

Complete it and have the principal of your college countersign it.

Remit the cost by demand draft.

Please turn in the form at Pariksha Bhavan.

Make a Rs. 317 online payment.

Following authorization of the transaction, a preview-mode e-convocation certificate will be created.

The final certificate will be prepared and made accessible for download or printing following validation. 

Students have to collect their BSE Odisha original certificate from their schools. They will be notified by the schools after the release of the results. Usually students will receive the BSE Odisha Class 10 mark list within 2 weeks after the results.

b) Click on the WBTET tab

c) Click on the WBTET e Certificate link

d) Enter the details

e) Click on the submit button

f) E-certificate will appear on the screen

g) Download the result and save it for later use.

Yes, you can apply for EWS in the April session or counseling but make sure that you have the caste Certificate as a proof. You can appear in JEE Mains as an EWS category candidate.
