If you are applying for a fee concession then it is necessary or if you apply under some quota, it is neither a pre-requisite nor mandatory for everyone.

For admission in DU, generally income certificate is not mandatory. The admission is approved after successful verification of your documents.

In most cases, if you have obtained a valid certificate of disability, you should be able to use it during counseling or admission processes as proof of your disability status.

When participating in counseling or admission processes, it is typically important to provide any relevant documentation that supports your eligibility for certain benefits, accommodations, or considerations. The disability certificate you have obtained can serve as evidence of your disability and may enable you to access specific accommodations or programs designed to support individuals with disabilities.

No, candidates are not required to carry a COVID-19 vaccine certificate with the admit card on the RULET 2023 exam day. Rather they need to fill the self-declaration form (if any) to clarify their status for the infection. The exam authorities have not mentioned any requirement for carrying COVID-19 vaccine certificate with the admit card on the exam day. If there was any requirement for the certificate, it would have been mentioned on the admit card instructions only.
