I would say sound engineering is a better option as it is an extensive course and has better job opportunities than a DJ certificate course. For job possibilities and to know, if your degree is in demand or not you should refer to the immigration website. It has a list of skilled occupations in demand. You may not find international business management specifically but relevant jobs will be found. Both the course has equal importance. Both have importance in the career of an individual. PGDM stands for post graduate Diploma in management. The institutes generally provides a part time course or mostly Online course in management for guys who are currently employed and cannot spare full time for MBA and call it a PGDM course. MBA is a full time course designed for guys who after completing graduation or leaving their current job opt for 2 years course. There is no big difference between the two, the thing that matters is the time, if you are employed PGDM helps you in moving up your career path whereas MBA is building a complete

While going to apply abroad for studies it is better you go through a normal regular schooling. Dummies won't be accepted abroad. Even in India there are many difficulties and formalities for class 12th dummies. See, dummy admissions basically are done by students enrolling for plus-two courses but they spend their time preparing for competitive entrance exams like JEE and medical entrance tests instead of attending classes. This practice won't be accepted by any foreign university, gap period can be accepted but not a dummy school.
