And to add to the credentials it would be great to complete a formal course. For example getting PMP certification surely adds value and enhances understanding. Or even Prince2 for instance.

Once you have cleared CET, the institute conducting it would put up a merit list. You will have to approach the administration of the college to know this and also for knowing the next step.

Strick is better. But, if you have knowledge about your field, then you can apply this degree anytime and anywhere.
