Hello,
If you have only these two options to pursue Masters in journalism and Mass Communication course then I would like to vote for Institute of Management Studies, Noida because today, employer seems to be very interested in those candidates who are stone with the graduation from the regular mode. This makes me also to say that getting admission in an open university will not going to help you in long run.

Hello,
Actually, it is you who is going to decide whether it is worthy or not. If you have done a course related to it through regular mode then you may take a chance to go for the correspondence mode.
However, my suggestions are:
1. If you have any full proof plan then you may go for that. If you think that you can do well in voice culture without going to any coaching center or institute then yes, you may do so.
2. Only think about distance learning in professional voice culture, if you are doing any relevant job simultaneously. It will give you practical job experience in parallel to your studies.

Eligibility criteria: 10th or 12th passed from a recognized board. Minimum marks criteria may exist in case of many institutes. It is generally around 50% marks in board examination.
Admission process: Most institutes follow merit based admission process. Marks scored by students in board examination are taken into consideration. Seats are allotted to deserving candidates based on marks scored by them. Some institutes are also known to have direct admission process.

O level course of DOEACC Scheme is equivalent to a Foundation Level Course in Computer Applications. Course is only for entry level computer operator role and It is not equivalent to B.Tech CSE .
