A break in one's career can be a challenge specially in the beginning. Certificate course in HR might not help you much unless you have anything specific in your mind such as HR analytics or payroll etc. Instead brush up your knowledge and start applying, there might be some corporate who would like to hire. You can join recruitment consultancy to begin with, later on can try moving to corporate HR.

You are advised to do a short-term course on computer hardware maintenance and repair so that you have good hands on exposure on PCB repairs. This knowledge will be helpful in circuit design and its practicals.

Diploma is equivalent to intermediate but it is a 3 years professional course. Certificate course is a short term course in a particular topic or field. Advance or PG diploma is a Diploma course which you pursue after your degree. You should complete your diploma or intermediate then you may go Canada for your degree course.
