Hi Gyan Sagar,
Germany is known for good education at low cost or free education. Medical programs in Germany are offered only in German language. Your entire course will be in German. To apply for MBBS in Germany, many students enroll for a pathway program of 1 year in which you will be taught German language and medical terminologies in German. Once you successfully complete your pathway program, you will be eligible to apply for the medical program in Germany. CFA (Chartered Financial Analysts) is a professional qualification offered by the CFA institute to financial analysts. A CFA qualification validates your knowledge of security types and investment along with the knowledge of quantitative methodologies for analysing securities that is assessing their value and identifying their underlying risks.

For CFA:

Its always good to have some certification or other while looking out for Hardware OR Networking career as at least initial screening of CV must pass while applying. So, this is the basic need and for Networking career CISCO Certification is the best.

For job opportunities (to get preference for interview and placement), no, but the learning from IGNOU is really good, you may apply those principles learned in the day to day business scenario and the same will improve your skills. However, if you are a fresher, there is little help you will get from it unless your employer wants that kind of certification.

Instead of certification, please do an internship in the related area where you want to make your career and participate in the organizing committee of your college festivals in the coordination, event management, budgeting, etc as it will add more value.
