Chances are very less for you to get admission in Punjab engineering college at this rank. You should try JAC Chandigarh counselling and wait till spot round keeping the hope high and expectations low.

Yes this college is good for MBA students. One of my friend who studies in this college told me that the placements are 100%. and last year, the highest package went near 20 lakhs.

Yes, the above colleges do not participate in JoSSA counselling. And it is too late to apply for Thapar University-Patiala; but you have time to apply for PEC-Chandigarh. I mean, for it too, only a few days are left. So hurry up!
