Hi Dharan,
There are few chances to get any NIT or IIIT with desired branch. You should go through the counselling, Hope you get any college. Otherwise go for some private engineering college like Nirma University, LPU, Chandigarh University, JECRC, SKIT Jaipur, Amity University, Anna university, Manipal University etc. Thanks.

I was confused between chemistry and physics, so started a joint course, but eventually qualified, as a chemist and worked in industry on R&D on a chemical plant. I realized that I would have done chemical engineering had I known about it. So, proceeded to study, take exams in chemical engineering and completed a design project for the Institution of Chemical Engineers. I have done work which bridges both fields. I'll compare the basic facts required to decide -
The syllabus of both the colleges are same as both come under GGSIPU. The teachers in both colleges are well educated and knowledgeable. Discipline - The faculty of BVCOE is quite strict about attendance and academics. Sometimes, one find it difficult to manage attendance and other co-curricular activities (fest, singing, drama and sports activities). Keeping attendance is the main agenda of the Department.
