Some universities conduct there own exam for admission in B.Sc.
Top entrance exams for B.Sc. In Biotechnology are JMI Entrance Exam DUET CUET (for central universities KCET KIITEE etc.
The top colleges in India offering Biotechnology courses are Jamia Millia Islamia University, Fergusson College, St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad, and many more. You can also get direct admission on the basis of last qualifying examination.

Hii Abhi, First you have to prefer NCERT books for each subject and read carefully. For Chemistry NCERT is best but for Physics and Maths you have to read another book also after NCERT and practice more questions.
