You can still apply for admission to IMU Navi Mumbai in the same year if you receive a compartment in the Chemistry paper. Numerous majors are available at the Indian Maritime University's (IMU) sites, including Navi Mumbai. Typically, compartment exams are held to give students the chance to pass subjects in which they have fallen short. Therefore, as long as you fulfill the other entrance standards, having a Chemistry compartment shouldn't keep you from applying to IMU Navi Mumbai.

First, if you "think" so, then wait for the results to come first. Second, don't worry, even if you couldn't make it through either of the subjects, you can appear for the compartment exam, for either or both of the subjects. You will not need to repeat the entire year. All the best!

Yes, for sure! You can do BBA in any college, be it a government one or a private one even if you failed in chemistry as your overall result is still pass. The eligibility criteria for any under graduate course is to have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. This, you have already done. Thus, you can do BBA from a government college.
