Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. ) or B. S. is one of the most popular academic degree courses among the Science students after class 12th. With the advancements in the area of Science and technology, this programme has become a one of the highly studied degree course in the Institutions of India. After the completion of the B.Sc degree there are various options available for the Science students, they can go for master degree in Science I. e. M.Sc, go in a research area and can even look for professional job oriented courses. Just like an academic courses, students who have a B.Sc degree also have an excellent employment opportunities. Jobs for B.Sc graduates are not just restricted in the field of Science but also they can explore others areas like management, engineering, law etc. There are various opportunities available for the students after B.Sc. the students can go in a research field, in some colleges the students are recruited directly by the big organizations at a very good salary package, some professional B.Sc. courses like animation and IT open the door of animation and IT industry for the graduates, the other professional B.Sc. field also have vast career opportunities. Apart from the research jobs, students can also work or get jobs in Marketing, Business & Other technical fields. Science graduates also recruited in the bank sector to work as customer service executives. Students can also find employment in government sectors. Few competitive exams like UPSD (CSE), AFCAT, SSC CGL, Banks, Railways and state PCS are the best options available for B.Sc. PCM graduate. Apart from this M. Des. courses, MBA/PGDM, Aviation etc. are the other available options for higher studies.

CUCET 2020 Exam Pattern in Detail
CUCET 2020 question paper will consist of two parts Part A and Part B. The paper will consist of a total of 100 MCQs multiple-choice questions.
PART A will contain 25 MCQs on the following subjects English Language, General Awareness, Mathematical Aptitude, Analytical Skills.
PART B will contain 75 MCQs and consist of questions relating to candidates Domain KnowledgeSubject specific questions. with 2/3/5 sections. Each section will have twenty-five or more questions.
Candidates will be required to answer X Sections 75 questions as specified on the front cover of the test question booklet. For example, if Part B consists of 4 subjects, namely, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology, the instruction will say that a candidate has to attempt any three subjects such as PCB or PCM according to the subjects studied by the candidate in class 12.
If a candidate attempts all the questions from all the sections then the best of the 3 sections will be considered while preparing the merit list.
For programs such as Integrated Courses/B.Voc./MBA/MCA/LLB or any other general courses , there will be only one paper comprising of 100 MCQs. It will consist of questions on subjects- English Language, Reasoning, Data Interpretations/ Numerical Ability, General Awareness and Analytical Skills.
The question paper will be in English language only. The total duration for the paper will be 2 hours. CUCET Exam will have Negative marking. Each correct answer will carry 1 mark and for each wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
