Sure, you can pursue MBA. MBA is a degree that can be pursued with any graduation stream with minimum of 50%-60% of aggregate degree marks, as per the requirement of the colleges/universities that you are applying for. Additionally, there are two modes to pursue MBA in India, either you seek an admission via CAT exam score or a direct admission, direct admission whereas may not be able to fetch you to topmost institutions like IIMS, top-B schools but some of the moderate level colleges may be applied for directly the ones who have got a good placement rate. You must look up for the list of colleges of Delhi and Mumbai that are of your interest, and check if they have got any entrance exam for further level of studies that you wish to pursue. If not, you may have to go through the minimum eligibility criteria specified by that university. Eg. IIT Bombay has got a course of M.Sc Chemistry to offer, but needs an entrance exam and a minimum eligibility criteria for admissions. Browse and filter out the list of universities and check your eligibility criteria fitness into them.
