Hi dear,
To understand maths and chemistry, you must know the basics first and then understand the concept of both the subjects. Until and unless you imagine the concepts by yourself it will be difficult. For maths, understanding the problem is the most important thing.

You cannot do M.Pharma after B.Sc. (H) Chemistry. A B.Pharma degree is a must to appear for the M.Pharma entrance exams. If you are really keen on following pharmacy as a career, you can sit for the entrance exams like AIEEE, EAMCET, etc. in the next session to get admission in te 1st year of the 4 year B.Pharma course. Or else, you can go for MBA in Pharmacy.

Yes, you are eligible for the same. For doing Masters in Biotechnology you have to be a graduate from a recognized university in the science field. Make sure that you have first division in your grads as most of the good institutes requires
first division as there minimum eligibility for entrance, which could be direct or via entrance exams.

Of course, he can opt for B.Com with a little more efforts towards subjects like accounts. There is no such bar that science students can't opt for commerce after 12th. As he was having mathematics, he can move ahead in commerce stream too.
