Firstly, you should complete B.Sc and then you have to give an entrance test if you score good marks then the university will allot you a college according to your rank.

Maybe you get the admission, but you have to wait for the last cut-off list. The cut-off for this college is high because this is a good college and comes under the University of Delhi.
