Depends on your area you have done, if you go for government college Assistant Prof. gets 70-1.10k salary and private it's all negotiable
if you go for coaching institute, it's tough but you can decide your salary yourself.

It varies, but usually 10-20 in each department, but seek for more then one IISER if possible and if sure then try for IIST as well, same area.

Yes, analytical chemistry jobs are good. You should go for this. Yes, why it will not suit for girls, girls are doing everything nowa ays. They can become a pilot, teachers, engineers, doctors, army officers and many other. You should go for it.
