Please mention the name of University/college about which you are talking here. This criteria is not followed by every university. There are still some universities which offers biology Honours on below than 70% marks in each subject.

In practice separation, identification or quantification may constitute the entire analysis or be combined with another method. Separation isolates analytes. Qualitative analysis identifies analyses, while quantitative analysis determines the numerical amount or concentration.

This is a field where immense research opportunities are available and has a high scope in future abroad. In India opportunities are very low. If you can send your daughter abroad for higher studies, it would be best.

You can take admission in research Institutes like TIFR, IISER, IISc, etc. For that, you will have to take their entrance test. These institutes are pioneer institutes of research in India.
