Yes, you can eligible to enter M.Sc Chemistry.
Different examinations for M.Sc Chemistry are given below:-
1) IIT JAM conducted by different IITs every year.
2) TIFR GS conducted by TATA.
& other universities entrance exams.

Hi,
Yes, Masters courses are available in English in many university and do not ask for German language proficiency. Check the language of instruction and proceed accordingly. You need to see university-Assist portal to apply to German universities.
