There is one main exam, JAM, that takes admissions for M.Sc. In IIT NITs, IISERS, IISc, focus on the course and follow the final year B.Sc. Chemistry syllabus very closely. The other entrance that you can prepare for is DU- the mian focus of which is the final year syllabus and the basic concepts. There are also examinations for jamia, PU and HCU that have similar course structure.

It depends on the cut off this year. So, last year, the admission in Ramjas College was closed after second cut off list which was 95%. Last to last year, it closed in the third cut off list which was 94%. The cut offs are pretty high every year and this time, it might or might not escalate, but lets hope for the best. Try your best to secure above 90% marks.

There are no such books that can make you a topper. Toppers don't ask questions like these. The correct question will be- How much dedication you can show while studying for the NEET or Mains exam. Books can only help you in guiding you. Apart from that, the whole journey of your success depends upon your hard work alone.
The books that you have mentioned in the question are also very good books and you can go for the, as well.
Hope this could help.
All the best.
