Switching colleges in the first year is quite tough as most colleges do not accept lateral entries in the first year itself. However, if you keep up a good academic record, you may be able to switch colleges in the 2nd year. However, you should check with the admission authorities if lateral entries are permitted by your institute in the 1st year. There is slight chance of getting a transfer if there is a tie-up with your college and the target institute, but there is a low probability of transfers in the first year itself.

Hi, you are asking to compare apples and oranges. Both the courses are very different and you academic and career progression will be very different for both the courses. M.Sc in Chemistry is a specialized course, whereas an MBA is a general course. Both the courses have good employment prospects.

You should definitely pursue your interests. Although, a degree in chemistry has immense scope in the industry, I have always believed that your interests should be given prime importance. If you are good in photography, you should explore the field, and see if you can make a mark somewhere.
Good luck.
