Yes, you are eligible. You can prepare for IIT JAM Exam by yourself also. IIT JAM is tough, but if you study well, then you can easily crack the exam.

Hello Sail, Normally, there is restriction in studying two courses simultaneously by going to college since one cannot meet attendance norms. However, when one course is via distance mode education, then one can study at one's convenience. I would advise you to choose course from IGNOU.
