If you want to pursue M.Sc then I would suggest you to do it from a well-known university or IIT's or IISC. You can do M.Sc in chemistry from IIT's. For that you have to clear its entrance exam - JAM 2017.

Even though yours mathematics is not so good, CSE is best for you because it has good scope. Moreover, you need to study mathematics only for the first two years.

B.Tech metallurgical and material engineering is one of the most important engineering in high technology research in the field of space, nuclear, aviation, etc. It has maximum research opportunities and job opportunities in developed countries. I personally recommend it over B.Sc chemistry.

For a higher qualifications, you can pursue Ph.D and become a professor.
