Hi Dear,
Is this you JEE Mains score? If yes and you have also scored a good percentage in boards then you may get CSE in Government Colleges of your state. NIT will be little difficult

Both are equally good and preferred and can't be compared. Economics Hons. is good if you want to pursue your future studies with it. Same is for Chemistry. Choice depends on you.

It seems your science is ok but no so good. If you are ready to study the next level of science that too in depth then go for Btech otherwise you have many other options also. Whichever the course you choose give ur 100%. Goodluck
