Yes . you can give neet 2 exam in july . For that you will have to clear your compt. Exam which will held in july . BUT make sure that after that you will be eligible for your medical exams . Because some of the colleges don't accept the results of compartmental results and some do.
NOTE : DON'T AFFRAID OF IT YOUR FAMILY IS WITH YOU.

Hey Souveek,
As you are having just 60% in your 12, you don't have a lot options to go for. However you still have some best universities to go for like Lovely Professional University, VIT, Amity. These are having the best placements and also LPU has one of the best scholarship schemes in India. You can consider these for taking admission. Hope this helps.
