Hi
There are two ways. One is you take up a job in the related field for a year or two and then go for your master's which could be either M.SC Chemistry, M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry,M.Sc. Drug Chemistry,M.Sc. Organic Pharmaceutical Chemistry,M.Sc. Physical & Materials Chemistry or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Other is to go directly for msc or Mba in the above fields and then decide if you wish to research further with P.hd or go for a management job.

It depends on your stream selection, potentiality, reputation of bschool, company profile and many other things. Roughly u can get a starting of 20k-50k per month (except IIMs). All the best.
