Hi Michael,
Getting a job depends on how skilled and passionate you are in your field. Even though more than 80% chemistry graduates find jobs within 6 months after their graduation, you must perform well in your class. Maximum placements are done by the alumni networks. Some popular recruiters include Ministry of Education Singapore, Singapore Radio pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd, Nippon Paint, Johnson & Johnson and so on.

If you really like chemistry, I would like to suggest you to make your future bright in this field. Chemistry is a really very good subject and it has a lot of career opportunities. Biotech could also be another good choice if you are really interested in it. This one has huge opportunities but out of India.

Please find the details of admission for M.SC chemistry course in DEHI UNIVERSITY:
Eligibility:
B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry (3 years course after 10+2) from Delhi University or any other University whose examination is recognized as equivalent to University of Delhi and fulfill other conditions of eligibility.
B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry with 50% or above marks in aggregate and 50% or above marks in Chemistry. Candidate must have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary) or equivalent examination recognized by the University of Delhi and B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects.

If you're looking for only cbse 11th and 12th
For Physics go for SL Arora.
For chem. NCERT
for maths Ncert and R.D Sharma(if you want)
And if you're looking for JEEi agree with Kshitij Deshpande The all three books for physics are awsome.
I prefer Resnick halliday walker. H.C Verma is also very nice.
JD Lee for inorganic is very awesome
Organic O.P tondon or Paula Bruice Yurakins or Morrison & Boyd.
For physical also O.P tondon and Atkins.
