The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With the combination of biology, physics and chemistry you can take up medicine, dentistry, Pharmacy, agricultural science, dairy science or biological sciences (biochemistry, biotechnology, Microbiology).
Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, computer, business administration, hotel management, tourism management etc. you can also opt for courses outside the university stream, such as hotel management, fashion technology, industrial design, packaging, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses and a host of post 10 + 2 level vocational courses.
For pursuing a course in engineering you should have Maths as compulsory subject in 10+2. However, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, Website: www.aiims.ac.in or www.aiims.edu, offers B.Tech (Biotechnology) with Class XII with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. To get admission in the top medical college in India you would need to score above 90% in 12th and do very well in entrance exam.
With a PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can ofcourse do Engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire.
You can do a BCA (Computer Applications), BBA (Business Administration), Law, Civil Aviation – Pilot, Astronomy, Architecture, Design, Mass Communication, Merchant Navy, Defense Forces, Psychology, Civil Services etc.
To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful in your chosen field.

Pure chemistry like the way it is termed, refers to the study of only pure theory of chemistry, e.g. Organic Chemistry, Inorganic chemistry, Physical chemistry etc. Pure Chemistry aims to seek more answers to academia questions and to enlarge the pool of information that previous chemists already have at hand.
Applied chemistry, is often considered as a bridge between theoretical chemistry and chemical engineering (large scale-process industries). The duration of course offers 4 years undergraduate programme in Aerospace Engineering
It imparts practical and theoretical knowledge of research, design, development, construction, testing, science and technology of aircraft and spacecraft and its related field.
Basic eligibility:
For admission in a bachelor's degree, the candidate must have passed the higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as biology, maths and chemistry. For IITs, It is mandatory to qualify in the Joint Entrance Examinations (J.E.E). The duration for this course is 4 years.

You should take this decision on the basis of your own interest and competencies, Choosing a specialization in pgdm is a very important one and one should not go with the external factors like job prospects etc to chose that, because if you are not good in something but choosing that just out of better job prospect you wont be able to do justice with your career. First search about the options you are weighing, go through the course curriculum, subject matter, and analyze the competencies it demands from you, in this way you would be able to make a sound decision. and talking about your background although it is said that finance background is required to do pgdm in finance but as I mentioned at the end it all depends how much and better you have absorbed the knowledge of your specialization.
