Both the courses are equally good and have good job opportunities. Both are core branches of engineering. Lots of opportunities being created in this sector. Both of these have a great scope, provided you have interest, aptitude, frame of mind, temperament, passion, personality traits that align with your aspirations in any of these. All, the above mentioned branches are good but it also depend on your interest and passion. EEE is the mother of all engineering branches. Being alumni of LPU and I had friends from the school of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, I will share details of labs and research facilities of LPU.
