Vision IAS is a good option but a better option available for you apart from this is Vajiram and Ravi.
But, where-ever you go, the institute and your teachers will only guide you and it will be you only who must work hard and get selected

1. If you become an IAS officer, you will be the head of administration department.
2. If you become a district collector, then the whole district will be under you.
You can get decent salary with government car and a bungalow. But, an IAS has the equal work burden.
