you should start preparing for UPSC exams. For this you have two option:
a) go for any bachelor degree and start preparing for UPSC exams.
b) enroll your self in any professional course like CA, CS, integrated law and many more.
after enrolling you can start preparing for UPSC exams in your final year of professional course.
the benefits you will get by doing professional course is if by any chance you are not able to crack UPSC exams then you have a back up plan I.e; professional course.
integrated law will help you in cracking UPSC exams.

Cracking civil services will become easy if you have knowledge of each of the subjects. UPSC never demand genius of any particular subjects.
Here, I am suggesting you some tips to start your preparations:-
1. Reading national newspaper daily and cut and paste important news this will be your notes.
2. Read magazines like India today and Pratiyogita Darpan.
3. Watch news daily, especially DD news .Watch all debates with guests of any news channel.
Watch documentaries of news channels.
4. Refer books of good writers.
5. Don't go for quantity (hours) of studies rather go for quality of your study.

No, you have to complete your graduation first. UPSC says that being graduate is the minimum educational qualification. So, get yourself graduated in any field, be it in science, economics, arts, humanities, social sciences or any other of your interest.
I hope it helps.
