You've not shared much details about your area of interest so its little tough to guide you. Its always best to select the stream and subjects in which you want to opt for the IAS entrance test and then study them properly to have a 100% command on those subjects. You would be glad to know that UPES Dehradun has come up with special BA program for IAS aspirants. Its BA in Public Policy with IAS coaching embedded. Unlike regular BA this program curriculum is specially focused on IAS preparation and is supplemented with IAS coaching. This can saves lots of time which students generally spend in managing graduation and coaching separately.

As far as I know, there is a common syllabus for pre, and for mains you can choose subjects of your own interest. So, you should start with political science, general knowledge, current affairs, basic physics, chemistry and maths, logical reasoning, verbal communication. Hope it is helpful for you

You should go for BA-LLB. It is somehow related to laws, rules and regulations. But this is my point of view, you can choose as per your interest as well. Best of luck

You should choose the group you are interested in, because IAS exams has a different syllabus that has nothing to do with your major in pre. Still choose for science for better options in future. Good luck
