For Degree course, you have be 10+2. So, I do not see any chance for fresh admission. In designing (skill based courses) Lateral entry not possible.
But, there are Diploma courses and Short term courses which accepts students who have not completed class 12th.

You can choose Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths as your main subjects. Also, you can opt physical education for increase more knowledge related to this exam to learn more about physical and mental fitness. Best of luck.

You should read Hindu or Indian Express newspaper on daily routine. Increase your general awareness and basic knowledge to crack NDA, and to secure a good rank. Best of luck.

Crop Science will be a good option to prefer.

First you need to think about your interest of study. When you will be sure about it, you can choose the stream according to your choice.

B.Com is a great option but if he is not interested in CA he should go for BBA. BBA provides a lot of opportunities too. In my opinion, he should choose BBA over B.Com.

Focus on your class 12th marks first, only then you will be able to decide your Interest as per your marks and as per your eligibility from that marks.
