Do your best in class 12th. In physics, chemistry, and biology. Focus on NCERT book with any reference MCQ books to get best in NEET exam, then in NEET exam, you must score very good marks, thenn you will get government MBBS College. Your dream college. Hope this helps

It is not possible for you to pursue B.Arch in order to pursue that you need to have Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as your primary subjects.

Yes, you can do 11th and 12th PUC. ITI courses, Other vocational courses, Certificate courses, Diploma in Vocation, Domain Skilling programs, Skill Development programs. Or many other courses.
