First of all think about your 11th-12th right now, because your first main target is to get good marks in your 12th standard and with that good marks in your JEE Mains exam. If both the conditions are MET then definitely target colleges like IIT, NIT, and various other government colleges for your engineering.

First of all I would like to inform you that you can give UPSC after your Bachelor degree in any stream or subjects. I would like to give you a advice that, you are in your initial phase of study because real competition starts after secondary exam so for now don't think much about becoming IPS just concentrate on your subjects in class 11th or 12th and attend some national level exam and give your best so you will be able to know how to compete and how to handle the pressure during preparation of national level exam and how to handle the failures and succees and I assure you that it will help you in future when you prepare
