There is a wide range of opportunities in programming languages. But, there are so many languages like C, PHP, Java, C+, Python, etc. Choose your language which you have interest and learn and research. Practice more and more. Once you have skills in any language, you can join any organisation as a programmer. Coding is involved in all the three branches. In fact, programming is compulsory and your course will start with a compulsory programming language like C+/Java, etc. There will only be one or two electives which will differ. There are various scholarships that are available post seeking admission into IIM (A). One needs to score a minimum of 98+ percentile in CAT to get an invite for a PI (personal interview). Class 10th & 11th scores are not relevant here. You need at least 50% marks at your graduation level exams.

You can continue pursuing your 12th in commerce & along with it, you can join a diploma course with a private institute in animation/software & sharpen your skills. In case you do well, you can always pursue further education in the said area.
Now a days, a lot of private institutes also offer Graduation/Masters programme in Animation and Software areas.

Polytechnic is a good option because it takes 3 years and makes you eligible for entry level. Jobs of engineering. It is also to be accepted that admission to Diploma of Polytechnic is easy. One more thing is that Polytechnic Diploma is equivalent to 12th that makes it possible to do a B.Tech through Lateral Entry or any other Graduation.

No JEE is not at all related to pilot training. You need to understand that Pilot training is governed and regulated by DGCA and it is irrespective of the flying school you choose to train with. For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible.
