Hello,
It is better to join Arts Subject such as History, Political Science, Geography for becoming IAS officer. But, it is all upon you to choose subject as now recent result B.Tech students also score good result in UPSC, so you can choose a subject of your interest not by the suggestion of other because after all you have to study the subject chosen for at least 5 year (2 in 12th and 3 in Bachelor's). All the Best.

If your percentage is really good, I would suggest you to take Science stream in you PUC, but it is just a suggestion and you decide on the basis of your interests on what you want to do.

You cannot compare different streams as good or bad, so I would recommend you to try deciding by considering your interests in any particular field.

Well, it doesn't really depend on the percentage to decide what course is to be chosen after SSLC. But, for an idea 70% above is recommended.

Hi,
You absolutely don't have to worry. Admission to UG courses in Christ Bangalore is decided by an 'entrance test' followed by an interview. Marks of 10th and 11th class are just asked and they do not affect your admission as they are not given preference. Application forms are out in December and entrance test takes place somewhere in April/May. 12th class results come much later so they DON'T matter. Admission to all courses is through a test, except for a few courses like the 'triple majors'.
