You have taken the right subject and now just be confident. There are many opportunities for a commerce student after class 12th.
You can pursue the following courses after class 12th:
CPT - CA
BBA/BMS
B.Com Hons: If you do it from a good university like Delhi University or Mumbai University you will get placed right after graduation.
BA/ BBA LLB-Entrance exam: CLAT, SET, LSAT, NLU-D, and BLAT.
Hotel Management-Entrance exam: NCHMCT JEE.

It depends on you, which stream you like the most and if you are interested in commerce, then definitely it has a bright future. If you work hard, then you can became a cost accountant or chartered accountant or May be a company Secretary.

Hi Alok,
You don't have to retake your 11th to take the SAT. Instead work extra hard for your 12th and simultaneously prepare for SAT. You can also give the SAT after your 12th. Many students take a year gap and prepare for SAT, at the same time involve yourself in extracurricular activities too.

To prepare for JEE Mains, you first need to build strong concepts. For building strong concepts, you will need to master the basics first.
So, I will recommend you to first go for the NCERT Books. As you are in class 11th, you will have plenty of time to practice more and more questions. So, complete your 11th CBSE 1st. Practice as many questions from them.

After that, move to books like HC Verma and RD Sharma, which are very good books to get a deeper knowledge and practice more questions.

Hello Saumya,
Never lose hope. Remember the proverb 'where there is will, there is way'. Start preparing immediately. Draw time table for study, cover each subject everyday, take mock test after some days, try a coaching institute for some weeks.

Make a list of books and notes and study material you want to prepare from.
