English Phobia is mostly in our heads. There are no grounds for the poor performance in English. Rather, India is 4th out of 19 Asian countries in term of English proficiency.

Hello Kumar, For JEE Mains and JEE Advanced, you have to study both 11th and 12th CBSE syllabus because most of the contents are linked to the previous topics so you cannot skip one of them or focus on just one. Also you have to secure good scores in boards too. This balance will help you to get a good percentile score at the end.
Good luck.
Thank you.

To apply for the post of professor, you need to have a specialization subject which you can choose during your duration of pursuing UG degree. After all, the institute has different requirement criteria, but majorly they require you to have a doctoral degree with a particular specialization.
Most of the recognized universities require you to have appeared and cleared the NET exam after which you are eligible for the post of assistant professor or State Level Eligibility Test after which you can work with the state level universities, colleges or institutes.
