It is totally up to you. Both boards are nationally recognized, and syllabus for both is almost same. Just study well wherever you study, these things doesn't matter much.

You can opt for any course in class 11th as UPSC does not specify any particular subjects. Even you can study any course in graduation also.

Hi, you may go for any stream depending on your interest because if UPSC doesn't work than you have an option to do graduation in course of your interest. Moreover the syllabus of UPSC is very vast so you really had to work hard to clear it.
