Complete your 10+2 with very good grades, a upper first class is required. Take the SAT and the TOEFL. Take part in extra curricular activities, literary work, project work related to mass comm etc and build a strong profile. Different universities would be having different admission requirements. You have to check the university websites for specific requirements and apply before the deadlines.

Biology Stream in Science is best Stream you can choice for you to be nano technologist in future so study well in class 11th and 12th so that you get good college for the same

If you have nothing against PCM, then I suggest you continue with science in 12th. After finishing 12th, you can look up for various opportunities in video games designs. In two years plenty of things would have changed.
