Your 12th score is bit on the lower side. Though it won't create much problem in getting admission in B-Schools, you can start preparing for CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT and other MBA entrance exams. A good score will definitely help you to get into a good B-School. You can start preparing yourself and do join a good test series of coaching institute.

You have many options my friend. It depends upon your choice or field of interest. Just tell me your field of interest or you have any doubts regarding the entrance exam please comment!
Don't take a tension that your percentage is low. Marks does't bother for admission in college. In my opinion just go for IIT main exam. Give the best for this exam.

Educational Requirements to pursue music therapy as a career:
Music therapists being musicians as well as therapists, a background in music and love of music is essential. In India, it is an emerging field and graduate or post graduate courses in Music therapy are rare. But Diploma and certificate courses are available. Abroad, becoming a music therapist involves obtaining a Bachelor's degree or higher in music therapy and obtaining certification through the Certification Board for Music Therapists.
