Hello Eesha,
For theory as well as practicals, CBSE has given syllabus in detail on their website and I am sure in your school too. As a result, students have to answer in practical exam only. from the programme mentioned in syllabus. You can not select programme of your choice.

If you have interest in technology than B.Tech is the best option, there are many streams available in Engineering. You can go for Computer Science and IT where you will have programming and software knowledge.

After completing your class 12th, you can appear for NDA, SSC, LDC, SCRA and other clerical jobs. I would suggest you to complete your graduation, and then you can apply for many government jobs like SSC CGL, Bank PO, UPSC, CDS, State PSC, etc.
