Hi Sakshi,
You need to shortlist a few colleges, check the admission requirements and apply. Study abroad is a wide term, you must know what to study and where. If you are interested in studying in US you must take the SAT or ACT. There are English language tests like TOEFL or IELTS too which needs to be taken for any foreign university. Apart from these tests, you must have good academic grades, the more competitive or top ranked the universities are, the more strict admission requirements will be. Check this
