You can take various courses like B.Tech, B.Arch., B.Sc., fashion designing, etc. Apart from these courses you can go for BCA and CS also. There are lots of options. It depends on your area of interest.

You should follow your interest.
You may not realize it now, if you make a wrong decision now you will regret for the rest of your life.
Take up engineering or science only if you genuinely are interested, otherwise this will be a big mistake of your life. For example, many people take mechanical engineering and end up in an IT company. That's just totally a waste. So, choose wisely.
Study/take up that course which you will enjoy studying and working.

If you are good at technical then go for engineering like BE, B.Tech, Diploma, etc. whereas if you are interested in medical then you can appear for NEET entrance exam and take admission for MBBS or dental. You can also do B.Sc. in various options like IT, pharmacy, nursing, etc. There are many doors open or you.

The best course for you will depend on your interest and future plans. Engineering is supposedly one of the best option, but you must also check if you would be interested to pursue a career in engineering. If you have creative skills, you can choose architecture.
Some courses after class 12th PCM includes:
1. BE/ B.Tech.
2. B.Sc in physics, chemistry or mathematics.
3. BCA.
4. B.Sc IT.
5. B.Arch.
6. Defence.
7. Commercial pilot training, etc.
