The 'exit' from CLAT counselling means leave the counselling process; and the student will not be considered for further rounds. This option allows candidates to withdraw from the admission process entirely at any time after registration. If a seat was previously allocated and accepted (via Freeze/Float), exiting results in forfeiture of the confirmation fee. The option is available within the Consortium of NLUs portal.

You should understand that once you opt to get out of the counselling process you can not go back. You will get option to either freeze your seat or choose to let it go and participate in next round. You can anytime exit the whole process too.
