Dy Patil, BIT Mesra, ISBS Pune, Doon-Dehradun, NIBM Pune are some good institution. FMS-Baroda has higher cutoff, above 80.

40 months of experience is higher than usual. The colleges also look for profile of your work. Your CMAT and UG percentage are at par. You can expect a selection.

NDIM Delhi, Japuria Noida, M P Birla, Acharya Bangalore and PES Indore are some of the decent colleges where CMAT cut-off is below 60 percentile.

You cannot convert any score, although, colleges have normalisation method and different cut-offs for different examination. CMAT will have lower cut-off than that of CET for sure.
