For All India quota seats, exams like cmat , cat etc are considered. So, it is difficult to tell how much CMAT percentile was required last year . However, last year cut off for all India seats was 99.23%ile .

With 80 percentile you have good chance for both finance and hr. You may apply for both the discipline. All the best.

You may apply for marketing in Xiss but the cut-off is expected to be high this time around 60-65 Percentile. You may try your luck by applying for atleast two discipline. All the best.

Yes top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, TCS, HUL etc.do come for placements every year. Coming to your scores, as per your scores, you are eligible to apply for admission process for Christ. Later your selection depends on the performance in the admission process.
