your cat percentile are less than required cut off percentile as taken by institute generally.
You can apply for the course through cmat scores they are quite good and you have chances of receiving a gd/pi call through this score

For MMS =93%
For a PGDM seat the cut off were a follows
MHCET =82%tile + GD +PI
CMAT=80-85%tile + GD+PO
ATMA =80%tile + GD+ PI
CAT= min 50%tile +GD+PI

Yes you have to fill form and then go to acpc help center. List of help center will be updated on the website that I gave you in previous question. Visit to help center is compulsory for documents verification. Once you register, your name will be short listed rank wise. Then choice filling and other process will start.

As your academics are good you can also go for HR, but is just your pure choice. You should know that a company pick 1 HR and 10 marketing guys when they come for recruitment .
