- Have a look at the Syllabus: Go through the syllabi of the exam which generally includes General Knowledge, Maths Science, and English.
- The degree of difficulty is the same for Navik coaching or Coast Guard during NDA exam preparation, Get a Coach: Look out at the training centre where nothing but only Coast Guard/Navik exams are coached. Structured classes, Study material etc.

The medical examination of Indian Coast Guard Yantrik is conducted by the authorised Military Doctors as per medical standard prescribed under current regulations applicable to the EP of Indian Coast Guard on entry. Physical traits include minimum height of 157 cm with proportionate body weight, depending on the age and height of the candidate. Candidate should possess good mental and physical health, should be free from any disease/ disability and have no cardio-vascular disease, surgical deformities like Knock-Knees, Flat-Foot. Yantriks works as a technician for the Indian Coast Guard. They are responsible for operating and maintaining mechanical, electrical or aeronautical equipment. They also look after the systems onboard the Coast Guard vessels and aircraft. The selection process of yantrik comprises several stages followed by medical examination. The result of the Indian Coast Guard Assistant Commandant Stage I exam is announced tentatively within 30 days. The result is announced online. Candidates can access their results online by logging with the email ID and password. Based on the result, candidates are selected for the next round of selection process. Selected candidates are required to upload additional documents to appear in the next stage of the selection process. Along with the Indian Coast Guard Navik result, the cut off marks are also released.
