Impact College of Engineering and Applied Sciences have faculty members with excellent academic background and multi layered professional careers. We have good professors like Dr. Niharika, ND and Dr. Nilesh who are knowledgeable as well supportive. Students seem to value that much of the faculty has good subject knowledge and about work. Still, reviews are split — students have some valid points though (whether the teachers are actually qualified and the methods of their teaching are extremely unproductive or curriculum as a whole very industry-inrelevant). The faculty is experienced and receptive to growth, and in terms of practical exposure only requires a little better than a teaching approach. 

Since B.E./B.Tech admissions from Impact College of Engineering and Applied Sciences fall under the Karnataka Examinations Authority schedule, the result date for the KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) is usually on or near the said schedule. The KCET usually occurs in April or May; for 2025 it should happen in any case. The results are usually declared about three or four weeks later around late May or early June.

The candidates can check the results on the official website of KEA using their registration number. Like with the results, the occurrence of counseling ranges from June to July and works on a systems basis on the rank obtained by the candidate, preference of branch, and availability of the seat.

Teaching methodologies include lecture sessions along with lab and practical classes, occasionally taking in industry seminars, but the enthusiasm of some faculty across the board shows issues, with others sticking to old-school methods-a serious obstacle for learning. Faculty members assist students with homework-related inquiries but are not always available due to other obligations.

The Impact College of Engineering and Applied Sciences has a wide variety of extracurricular activities and clubs to help with the students' development. It hosts technical clubs for robotics, coding, and electronics societies, that create hackathons, technical fests, and project competitions to help cultivate innovation.

Cultural clubs organize annual events like fests and shine bright with dance, music, and plays, which encourage free-surfing expression. For sports, the college supports cricket, volleyball, basketball, and indoor games, complemented by hosting the inter-college tournaments at regular intervals. Social service clubs carry outreach activities to the community for social and environmental programs, like tree planting.
