Though I was not able to find the exact merit list for B.E. / B.Tech programs on the official website of Pavendar Bharathidasan College of Engineering and Technology (PABCET), I could gather this much from other sites.

Possible Minimum Marks:

Some sources indicate that the minimum marks requirement in the 12th standard for any B.Tech programs are to be at 45%. This could be the case also for the other courses. Still, it should be verified.  Entrance exams:

Class 12th marks: This will be in the vicinity of minimum marks as referred.

Entrance exam scores (if applicable): PABCET may accept scores through various state or national enginee

To qualify for the B.E./B.Tech programme at SSBT's College of Engineering and Technology, candidates must have passed 12th grade with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in Physics, Mathematics, and a relevant subject like Chemistry or Biology. A valid MHT-CET or JEE Main score is required. Diploma holders in engineering with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible for lateral entry into the second year. For admission to B.Tech in S. Veerasamy Chettiar College of Engineering and Technology, the eligibility criteria are:

 

Any other equivalent qualification approved by the State Board of Technical Education of Tamil Nadu or Higher Secondary Board

 

Candidates belonging to communities other than SC/ST should have passed the qualifying examination a maximum of two times

 

For admission to B.Tech, one must have passed 10+2 examination from any board in Science stream. For admission to B.Tech, it is beneficial to have PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) group as core subjects.
